PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea – Kalgin Global Logistics , a recognised leader in global logistics with over 35 years in business, is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

This expansion is the latest milestone in Kalgin’s 2026 strategic plan which has ambitious growth objectives. The plan builds on its strong regional network, including well-established offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, Suva, and Lautoka.

The new entity, Kalgin Global Logistics (PNG) Limited, is set to open for business on the 1st of November. Strategically located at the ANZ Corporate Centre in Hohola, the new office underscores Kalgin’s commitment to better service its customer base in Papua New Guinea and its global agency network.

Scott Emerson, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of logistics experience, has been appointed as Branch Manager for this new addition to Kalgin’s office network. His expertise will, no doubt, add significant value to the company's operations in Port Moresby.  In addition, Ian Maughan, an industry stalwart with more than 30 years' experience in the PNG market, will oversee the setup and rollout of the new office and Kalgin's suite of services under a single brand.
